Precautions
1. When there is a load, do not quickly release the return valve to avoid accidents and damage to the components.
2. This machine uses oil as the medium, and it is necessary to maintain the oil and the machine properly to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which may affect the effectiveness of use.
3. New or long-term hydraulic jacks may experience slight piston rod jumps during use due to the presence of a large amount of air in the cylinder. The hydraulic jack can be operated back and forth 2-3 times without load to remove any air from the chamber. When the hydraulic jack is not in use, it should be moved back and forth 2-3 times a month without load.
Maintenance
1. Place the jack in a vertical position and lower the pump core piston to its lowest point.
2. Remove the rubber piston rod from the outer cover and inject the hydraulic oil until it reaches the oil plug port.
3. Regularly check and lubricate the transmission connecting rod. If not in use, the piston rod adjustment screw and pump core should be pressed down to maintain cleanliness and rust prevention.
4. Try to avoid placing it in damp environments or places with acidic, alkaline, and corrosive gases.
