To Process Your Claim

Customers must provide:

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Proof of purchase

After assessment, LTE Electronics may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Full or partial refund

6. Installation Responsibility

Air conditioning and refrigeration systems should only be installed by licensed and qualified professionals.

LTE Electronics is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Incorrect electrical wiring
  • Refrigerant handling issues
  • Water leakage from poor installation
  • Damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer guidelines

Warranty claims may be rejected if installation requirements are not met.


7. Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is faulty
  • The incorrect product was supplied
  • The product was damaged in transit

Packaging Requirements

Returned products must be packaged securely to prevent damage during transport.
